Exceptional Service from Curtainwise Stratford-upon-Avon!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience purchasing and having my new curtains installed by Curtainwise Stratford-upon-Avon.
The range of curtains available was exceptional, offering plenty of choice to suit every taste and style. Allison was absolutely fantastic throughout the process — attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She kept in regular contact after I’d made my selection, ensuring everything went smoothly and that I was kept fully informed.
The gentleman who came to measure up and subsequently install my curtain poles and curtains was equally impressive. He was professional, meticulous and clearly took great pride in his work. Everything was fitted beautifully, he left absolutely no mess, and the standard of workmanship was excellent.
The finished result is simply fantastic! My new curtains have transformed my home, adding warmth, comfort and a real touch of elegance.
From the initial selection through to the final installation, the entire experience was seamless, professional and enjoyable.
A huge thank you to Allison and the whole Curtainwise team for such outstanding service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Curtainwise Stratford-upon-Avon to anyone looking for beautiful curtains, excellent workmanship and genuinely first-class customer service.
Highly recommended — a truly five-star experience!

Fantastic staff! Shane was so wonderful at matching the carpet piece I brought in. He went out of his way to help me calculate the area and get me a very good price. Lovely with the kids. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you so much!

We had some issues with our previous carpet from Carpetwise, so we were a bit unsure going into the process again. However, Kieran completely turned that experience around for us. From the moment we spoke with him, he was friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable.
He took the time to understand what we needed, guided us through the options without any pressure, and helped us choose the perfect carpet for our home. He made the whole process feel simple and stress-free, which we really appreciated.
Kieran is a fantastic salesperson who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. His professionalism and excellent customer service really stood out, and he’s a credit to the team. We’re very happy with our experience this time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the store.

Had a great experience instore, the sales reps were really knowledgeable about the mattress and what we should be looking for and gave some great advice. Lovely store with a wide variety of different products! Ended up with new bed, mattress, rug & table. The bed is so comfortable, best night sleep Ive had and the rug is a great pop of colour into the room. Would highly recommend this store!
